We were approach by Mr and Mrs. Nthulana to build a 544 square house in VENDA LIMPOPO
Pre-warned by many not to accept a project this big and this far from our activity Centre, we decided to build the house.
We had a TLB as promised on the land on 29 April 2022.
The promise to the client was that they would be able to occupy in December 2022. This was achieved.
